Our community gym has 21 stations of state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment including cardiovascular, resistance and free weights. The gym is COVID secure, fully air conditioned and a television and great sound system will help keep you entertained while you work out.

The experienced and highly qualified Fitness Team are always on hand to provide you with support, help and encouragement, to ensure your fitness experience meets your expectations.
For your own safety, and to help you get the best out of our equipment and your workout plan, you will be required to attend an induction with one of our instructors before your first visit.
As part of your membership, we also offer FREE personalised programmes, with our CAWS COVID trained instructors, and regular programme review dates to keep you motivated and on track to achieve your goals.

About Longridge Civic Hall
Opened on 19th May 1973 and built with funds raised from the local community through events and donations. Having served Longridge through close on three generations we are looking forward to another 50 years of providing a wonderful, refurbished facility to our residents.
